Unlike similar brands, our guarantee only starts when you receive your CareWear Product, NOT when you place the order.

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

The customer will be refunded the full amount from the original order but are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any stolen/damaged packages after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered, it's likely there is nothing we can do except file a claim with the courier company.
